Early Strength Screed

Early Strength Screeds are used to achieve a faster drying time and were developed to fulfil the need for Readymixed high-performance sand & cement screeds suitable for all common floor finishes.

Some advantages over traditional screeds are quicker early-strength development and faster drying out which brings earlier trafficking of the floor.
 
This type of screed should be used in the majority of cases where a high-performance screed is needed, for example, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, etc.

Early Strength Screeds have a greater final strength and will achieve reduced drying shrinkage resulting from lower water / cement ratio. This screed also has a good resistance to construction traffic over traditional screeds.
